:: Ingredients for Channa Dhal Vada
Channa dhall 1 cup
Thuvar dhall 1/2 cup
Ginger finely chopped
Green chilles 6
Red chilles 3
Onions 2 small finely chopped
Curry leaves a few
Cilantro a small bunch washed and finely chopped
Salt 3/4 t.spoon
Cooking Oil for frying
:: How to make Channa Dhal Vada
Soak the dhalls for 1 hour in water. Grind this mix
coarsley
with red chilles. Add chopped onions, ginger, cilantro,
green
chilles and curry leaves. Make small balls and deep fry in
oil.
