:: Ingredients for Beetroot Cutlet
Beetroot- 3 cooked& mashed
Potatoes- 3 boiled & mashed)
Onions- 2 chopped
Garlic, Ginger & Green chili paste- 2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Bread soaked in milk - 1
Salt
Bread crumbs- 1/2 Cup
Oil

:: How to make Beetroot Cutlet
Heat oil in a pan, put ginger, garlic, chili paste and fry
for few minutes. Then add
onions fry until golden. Add mashed potatoes & beetroot
and mix well. Then put
all the powders & salt. Mix well and saute for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and
allow to cool.
Add 1/4 cup of bread soaked in very little milk to this
veg mixture and mix. Make
lemon sized balls out of this mixture. coat with rusk
powder. Flatten this into thin
patties.
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan and fry the cutlets.
