:: Ingredients for Dahi Puri Puris- 20 (Refer to Pani puri
recipe)
Thick Yoghurt- 1/3 cup
Boiled & diced potatoes- 1/4 cup
Cooked Peas- 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Salt
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Sweet chutney- 5 tablespoons
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Oil
For garnishing:
Sev
Red chili powder
Salt
Roasted cumin powder
Kala namak (black salt)
:: How to make Dahi Puri Whip yoghurt with little sugar and salt.
Heat oil and put cumin seeds and boiled &
diced potatoes and then add turmeric,
chili powder, garam masala powder & salt
and fry for few minutes.
Break each puri on top and keep little
potato mixture, cooked peas & little sweet
chutney. Then fill with whipped yoghurt.
Sprinkle sev, roasted cumin powder, salt,
black salt & red chili powder on top and
serve immediately.
