:: Ingredients for Lonavala sandwich An amazing breakfast that every
one will Njoy and want more !!!
Having a kids party or a picnic ?
Here is a very easy breakfast or
snack recipe in less than 5 minutes.
Coriander (Cilantro)- 1 bunch
Onion- 1- Medium size
Grated Coconut - 2 tspoons
Green chilli- 1
salt- 1/4 tspoon
sliced cucumber- 1- medium size
sliced tomato- 2 - medium size
Bread - 1 loaf
butter- to spread on the bread slice
:: How to make Lonavala sandwich Clean coriander and chop it.
Add coriander, chopped onions, green
chilli,salt,grated coconut with very little
water to grind all of this into a fine paste.
On a bread slice spread butter, followed by
the paste and place two slices of cucumber
and tomatoes and cover it with another
slice of bread.
Isn't this a childs play !!!
