:: Ingredients for Veg Spring Roll
1) Maida-according to the no of
person.
2) salt- according to the taste
3) Paneer- 100gm
4) Onion-1 medium finely chopped
5) Green Chilli-1 or 2 chopped
6) Coriander leaf- 3 tsp
7) Black pepper- 5 pinch
8) Garam masala- 2 pinch
9) Tomato sauce- 4 tsp
10)Azino motto- 1 tsp.
11)Cornflour- 2 tsp


:: How to make Veg Spring Roll
1) knead a dough of roti.
2) Grate the paneer.
3) In the grated paneer add salt, azino
moto, chopped onion,chilli,Black
pepper,Garam masala,coriander leaf,Tomato
sauce, mix it well.mix it with hand so
that it will be mashed.
4) Flatten the dough and make like roti.
5) put the stuffing of paneer.
6) Roll it.Close the ends with water.
7) Make a batter of
cornflour,maida,salt,black pepper and
garam masala.
8) Dip the roll in the batter and dip fry
it.
9) Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
