| A decadent indian recipe for potato nest! |

:: Ingredients for Potato Nest 4 Large potatoes
Green peas 1 cup
corriender 3 tablespoons
Chilly powder- 1/2 tablespoon
ginger garlic paste- 2
tablespoons
turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
salt- 3/4 tablespoon
corn flour- 1/2 cup
vermicelli or thin rice noodles
(crushed)-1/2 cup
oil- to fry
:: How to make Potato Nest
1. Dice the potatoes and boil them along
with the green peas.
2. Mash the mix of potatoes and green
peas.
3. In a frying pan add 2 tablesppons of
ghee/oil, add the potato and green peas
mix, add turmeric powder,ginger garlic
paste, chilly powder and salt and cook
for about 5 minutes, add corriender and
keep stirring for 2 mins.
4. Apply little oil to your hand and make
small balls out of this.
5. In a cup take 1/2 cup of corn flour
and a little water to it, to make a thick
paste.
6. Dip the potato balls in corn flour
dough.
7. In a plate put 1/2 cup of vermicelli
or crushed rice noodles.
8. After dipping the potato balls in corn
flour, put the ball into the plate with
vermicelli and roll it such that
vermicelli sticks on to the ball.
9. Now continue the same untill all the
potato balls are dipped in corn flour
followed by vermicelli.
10. Fry them in oil untill golden brown.
11. Place the potato nests on a plate and
garnish with some corriender.
12. Best served with tomato sauce or
ketchup.
Your potato nests are now good to go...
This is the easiest recipe for an
appetizer, with all ingridents readily
available at home. Hosting guests is no
more a difficult
job.
