:: Ingredients for Hot and Sour Potato Carrot
1)Potato-4
2)Carrot-6
3)Tomato-2
4)Salt-according 2 taste
5)Turmeric powder-2 pinch
6)Chili Sauce And Tomato Sauce-
4tbsp
7)Black pepper- 1pinch
8)oil for frying


:: How to make Hot and Sour Potato Carrot
1)Cut the potato like finger.
2)Cut the carrot like finger
3)Marinate the carrot and potato with salt
and turneric powder
4)keep it for an hour
5)Give oil now fry the potato and carrot
6)drain the excess oil
7)Now give 2 tbsp of oil.
8)Now give tomato and little bit of salt.
9)Saute it for a while.
10)Now Give carrot and potato and saute it
11)Now give Chilli sauce, Tomato sauce and
black pepper and saute it.
12)Put it in a plate and serve
