Spinach - 1/2 cup chopped
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Urud dhal - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp

:: How to make Spinach Pachidi
In a fry pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds. When it pops,
add urud dal and add
spinach and fry well. In a separate vessel, add
curd,salt,add the fried spinach
and mix well.
