:: Ingredients for Boondi Raita
1/2 cup besan
3 cups curd
2 tsp red chilli powder
Oil for deep frying boondi
1 sprig curry leaves
1/2 tsp cumin powde
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste
:: How to make Boondi Raita
Mix together the red chilli powder, salt and besan.
Add water to get a dropping consistency.
With a slotted spoon, pour drops of this into
hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Drain and add to curds.
Mix in salt and cumin powder.
Season with mustard and curry leaves.
