This is the BEST Indian recipe for asparagus in coconut milk!

:: Ingredients for Asparagus in Coconut milk
Asparagus 1 bunch
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Coconut Milk 1cup diliuted
Tomato 2
Garam masala 1 tbsn
Chilly powder As per taste
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup chopped
Salt As per taste
Olive oil 1 tbsn

:: How to make Asparagus in Coconut milk
Chop tomatoes and coriander leaves.
Mince garlic and ginger.
Wash and cut asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil and add minced ginger, garlic,curry powder and
chilly powder and fry for
a minute.
Add tomato and asparagus and mix everything together.
Add Coconut milk and salt and cook covered for 10-15
minutes or till asparagus is
just tender.
Don't overcook. Add coriander leaves and remove from
flame. Serve with rice.
