:: Ingredients for mixed veggies Cauliflower- 1 chopped
Capscicum- 1 Chopped
Peas
Coriander leaf- 2 or 3 sticks
(leaves should be chopped)
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
salt according to taste
Green chili-2 or 3
Kashmiri Chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
:: How to make mixed veggies In a pan give oil.
when oil becomes hot give cumin seeds,
green chili.
Now give all the chopped veggies and saute
it for a while.
Now give salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri
chili powder and sauter it for 5 mins
Cover the pan,
When all the veggies are boiled give
coriander leaf.
saute it for a while.
after 2 mins switch off the gas.
serve with roti or parathas.
