:: Ingredients for Carrot Pea

Matar -bolied
Carrots- chopped
Ginger
Garlic-4 clove
Onion - 1
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
kashmiri chili powder- 1/2 tsp
coriander powder- 1 tsp
salt- according to taste
Green chili - 2 or 3
garam Masala- 1/2 tsp.
Tomato- 1 big
water- 1 cup


:: How to make Carrot Pea
Blend ginger,onion,garlic
In a pan give oil
Now give green chili and chopped tomato
Give salt and saute it.
now give blended ingredients.
saute it for 5 mins
Now give turmeric powder,coriander
powder,kashmiri chili powder , salt and
garam masala;saute it till oil starts to
come out.
now give boiled matar and carrots and
again saute it.
now give water and cover the pan.
Let it cook in low flame for 10 mins
After 10 mins unlid the pan.
When water gets dried switch off the gas.
serve with roti or parathas
