:: Ingredients for Mattar Paneer
Onions 1
Tomatoes 1
Garlic2-3 cloves
Cottage Cheese 1/2 packet
Peas 1/2 packet
Ginger 1" cube
Turmeric 1/4 t
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garam Masala 1/2 t

:: How to make Mattar Paneer
Cut cottage cheese in 1" cubes and deep fry.
Saute onions till light brown.Add ginger garlic paste,
saute well again.Add
turmeric and salt.Cook adding little water.Add pepper and
garam masala.Garnish
with corriander leaves.
