:: Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Masala
Medium sized cauliflower- 1 (cut into florets)
Medium sized potatoes- 4
Medium sized onion- 1 (chopped)
Medium sized tomato- 1 (chopped)
ginger / garlic paste -1tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt
Oil
Chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
:: How to make Aloo Gobi Masala
Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic and fry for few
minutes. Then add the
chopped onions and fry until it is translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add red chili
powder, turmeric powder
and salt
Then add the potatoes and the cauliflower and stir well.
add little water. Lower
the heat and cook till done. Garnish with chopped cilantro
leaves.
