:: Ingredients for Egg with Greenpeas Masala
Hard boiled eggs- 5 (cut into 2 lengthwise)
Fresh green peas- 3/4 cup
Cinnamon- 1 stick
Bay leaves- 2
Cloves- 2
Cardamoms- 2
Onions- 3 (finely chopped)
Tomatoes- 2 (finely chopped)
Crushed garlic- 6 cloves
Green chilies- 4 (finely chopped)
Salt
Oil- 4 tablespoons
:: How to make Egg with Greenpeas Masala
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cinnamon, cloves, bay
leaves, cardamoms and
garlic, green chilies for couple of minutes. Add the
onions and fry until golden.
Then add the tomatoes and green peas and cook until he
peas are soft. Now add
the halved eggs slowly. Cook for few minutes and remove
from heat. Serve hot.
