:: Ingredients for Rasam
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 pinch
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
Tamarind
Tomatoes - 1
Garlic -
Corriander leaves
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Salt to taste

:: How to make Rasam
Crush the tomato, tamarind, corriander
leaves, curry leaves and garlic nicely
with hand. Add first four ingrediends.

Pour 1 tsp oil in a pan and put the
mustard seeds.
pour the above made mixture and bring it
to boiling. Put corriander leaves and
curry leaves for garnish.
