:: Ingredients for Stuffed Okra
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Paprika- 1 tsp
Mango powder (amchur)- 1
tablespoon
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Salt
Okra (ladies finger)- 1 lb
Oil- 6 tablespoons


:: How to make Stuffed Okra
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and
set aside. Wash and dry the okra on paper
towels. Cut the stem and split the okras
into two length wise. Stuff the okras with
the spice mixture and keep it aside for 30
minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the stuffed
okras for about 5 minutes or until fried.
