| A simple, mouth-watering kadai paneer recipe, with Indian food style cooking in mind! |

:: Ingredients for Kadai Paneer Paneer
Capscicum-1 chopped
Ginger-garlic paste
Tomato-1 chopped
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 4 pinch
Green Chilli-2
Salt- according to taste
Coriender leaf-4 stick chopped
Kasuri methi -2 tsp.
:: How to make Kadai Paneer In a pan give oil.
Fry the paneer for 2 mins and keep them
aside
Now give ginger -garlic paste and saute it
for 2 mins.
Now give coriander powder and saute it
again for 4 mins
now give chopped capscicum and green
chilli saute it til it gets fried.
now give chopped tomatoes ,salt and
turmeric powder and saute it for a while.
now cover the pan.
after 10 mins check whether capscicum are
boiled or not.
now give fried paneer and saute it for a
while.
now give coriander leaves and kasuri
methi ,again saute it.
again cover the pan.
after 5 mins switch off the gas.
serve with roti or parathas.
