A wonderful indian recipe for mixed vegge!

:: Ingredients for Mixed Vegge
1)Carrot-2 finely chopped
2)Capsicum-1 big Chopped
3)Tomato-1 or 2 chopped
4)Onion-1 big chopped
5)Paneer-200g cut into cubes
6)Salt according to taste
7)Green Chilli-2 chopped
8)Turmeric powder-2 pinch


:: How to make Mixed Vegge
1)In a pan give oil
2)Fry the paneer a little bit.
3)Takeout the fried paneer from the oil
4)Now in that oil give
onion,capscicum,carrot,salt and turmeric
powder.
5)Saute it for a while.
6)Now give tomato again saute it.
7)Now give fried paneer.and saute it.
8)Sprinkle some water and give the lid
9)After 10 mins just check whether all the
vegetables are bolied or not.
10)When all the vegetables are bolied the
takeout from flame.
11)Serve with parotha,roti or puris
