Almonds - 20-24
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Saffron - 1/4 tsp

:: How to make Badam Kheer Variation
Soak the almonds in water for about an hour. Remove the
skin and grind to a
smooth paste.Boil the milk, when it starts boiling add the
badam and cook for
another 1-2 min.
Add sugar and stir well. Add saffron..Serve hot or cold.
