:: Ingredients for Shrikand
1)Hung Curd-2 packets.
2)Badam Powder-3 tsp
3)Sugar-1 tsp
4)Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
5)Cashew,Rasin-2 tsp grinded
6)Cherry-for garnishing

:: How to make Shrikand
1)Beat the hung curd with badam
powder,sugar,Cardamom powder,grinded
cashew and raisin.
3)Beat it till its become creamy
4)when it will be fully creamy pour it in
the bowl and garnish it with cherry.
5)refrigerate it for 7 to 8 hrs.
6)serve chilled

pls note that beating should be done with
fork.
