:: Ingredients for Carrot Chammanthy
Carrot 1 cut into cubes
Tomato 1 cut into cubes
Onion 4-5 small
Green chilly 3-4
Coconut 1 cup
Urud dal 1 tbsn
Channa dal 1 tbsn
Cooking oil 1 tbsn
Salt As per taste

:: How to make Carrot Chammanthy
Heat oil in a pan and fry urid dal and channa dal till
golden brown. Remove and
keep aside.
In the same pan add onion tomato and green chillies and
fry till raw smell of
onion goes.
Grind all ingredients together to get a fine paste without
adding water.
Serve with Dosa or Idli.
