Bittergourd - 1Kg
Curd - 1/2cup
Salt - 4 tsp
:: How to make Bitter-Nut Vathal
Cut bittergourds into thin round slices and dry it for one
day. Next day soak the
bittergourd in curd, and salt. Then dry it in the sun
until it is fully dried and
becomes crisp. Store in air-tight containers.
