:: Ingredients for Mint Chutney
Mint leaves - 1 cup chopped finely
1 small onion, chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green chillies - 5 chopped
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Uad dhal - 1 tsp
1 tsp channa dal
Salt to taste

:: How to make Mint Chutney
Heat a pan, add about 1 tsp of oil.Saute the ingredients
one by one.
Blend them to a fine paste.
