:: Ingredients for Poori
Take 1/4 kg wheat flour
add1/2 tsp salt, 3 tsp oil and knead it well by adding
water in steps
so that it becomes soft.
:: How to make Poori
Make this into smooth round even sized balls.Using a
roller flatten the balls one
by one to make it round and flat of medium thickness.
Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and then
remove it from the frying pan.
Side dish - potato curry, Channa masala or chappathi dal
