:: Ingredients for Mixed Dhal Dosa
Rice - 1 cup
Chana dal,toor dal,urud dal - altogether 1 cup.
Small onions-3-4
Whole red chillies-3
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp

:: How to make Mixed Dhal Dosa
Soak the above ingredients (excluding onions, chiilies and
asefoeitada) for about
1 - 2 hours. grind it coarsely including onions and
chillies .Add a few chopped
curry leaves. , 1 big chopped onions, 2 green chillies.
Mix well adding salt and
asefoetida.
Heat the pan pour little flour and make into a round flat
shape. Spread oil along
the edges and into the holes.Turn over until it is fully
cooked.
Serve hot with chutney.
